Ninja Performance Training: If you want to train & prepare for getting into competing as a Ninja athlete or even American Ninja Warrior or just get in the best shape of your life, Ninja training is the most fun you've ever have while working out. We offer this training in several formats: small group, one-on-one, and with our online Warrior Performance training program.
Which Program is right for you?
The one we custom build for you. When you set up your FREE Warrior Performance Consult with us, we will begin the process of building your personalized performance program based on your current Strengths, Weaknesses, & Goals. You will receive a Performance Evaluation Report including Pre/ Post test results.
6 & 12 Week Program options include:
A Functional Fitness Assessment (posture & movement screening, fitness & performance testing)
Strength & Conditioning
Ninja Warrior Training
Open Gym Sessions (Ninja Warrior, Rock Climbing, Strongman, OCR, Fitness) for you to practice on your own.
Follow Up testing
You will then be able to implement the program through taking our small group sessions, 1-on-1 training, or do it all yourself during Open Gym times.
The Warrior Performance Training method includes the following:
Build a Better Ninja - A Circuit based Obstacles Conditioning & Strength program to build general endurance for obstacle training & the strength & skills to help you conquer the course.
Warrior Strength - Training focused on using a periodized program for building essential fitness that all Ninja & OCR athletes need.
Warrior Conditioning - An OCR obstacle training program mixed with Metabolic Conditioning workouts of Functional, Olympic, and other essential movements that will enhance you ability to handle any obstacle course.
Additional Skills Sessions & Workshops:
Ninja Speed & Power - Explosive Plyometric & Speed training. If you don't have power, you are not going to win.
Ninja Pre-hab/ Rehab - Obstacle Course Racing and Ninja Obstacle Competitions place a high demand on your joints. Learn how to properly warm-up and train your stabilizer muscles to reduce the rate of “Ninjuries” while doing obstacle training or anything else.
Ninja Balance - Balance obstacles take out some of the best athletes all the time. No matter what your age is, your balance can always be improved upon, you just need to work on it.
Ninja Grip - If you don’t have it, you ain’t going far. We will teach you strategies for improving your grip both in the gym and at home.
