Cancelation & Refund Policy:
-A Non-Refundable Deposit is required to hold date and time of scheduled parties. Party date and time are adjustable if made outside of 28 days of the scheduled party time. Any cancellations, or date/time changes within 28 days of originally scheduled party will forfeit full deposit amount. Exceptions are made for medical illness/injury of party child or primary parent - with doctors note.
- Friday birthday parties receive an additional 10% discount (cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions). Discount will be applied upon final payment and is not reflected while booking event.
