How do you handle safety & supervision? Safety is our top priority. Campers are age-grouped, closely supervised, and supported by highly trained coaches in a safe, structured environment. Campers are grouped by age, with all activities scaled appropriately Our coaching team brings decades of combined experience in youth movement and safety All staff are CPR & First Aid certified (with advanced certifications on our team) Equipment is checked daily and maintained regularly Obstacles are padded and designed with safety in mind We rotate activities to prevent overuse and fatigue We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and prioritize inclusion, respect, and positive peer interactions Coaches are trained in conflict resolution and support kids through challenges in a constructive way

What Does a Day at Camp Look Like? A balanced day of structured obstacle training, games, creative time, and free play — designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun. Morning connection: Groups start the day with simple activities to build comfort and connection Safety & expectations: Coaches review how to stay safe, respectful, and confident in the gym Obstacle rotations: Campers move through multiple stations focused on strength, balance, agility, and coordination Snacks & lunch: Morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack breaks are built into the day Games & creative time: Camp includes group games and open-ended creative time Open gym play: Campers have time to explore, move freely, and build confidence at their own pace

Who Are Your Coaches? Our camps are led by an experienced, child-development professional, and additional coaches specialize in youth movement, safety, and confidence-building. Our coaching team includes adult, career coaches with backgrounds in ninja, strength training, and youth athletics Several coaches have competed on American Ninja Warrior and in national competitions Our team brings over 100 years of combined coaching experience All staff are CPR & First Aid certified, with advanced medical certifications on our team Coaches are trained not just in movement, but in how to connect with and support kids

What are Your Registration Changes & Cancellation Policies? We offer flexible options for schedule changes and early cancellations, with clear policies to support planning for both families and our camp. Cancellations within 24 hours Full refund minus a 7% processing fee Schedule changes Transfer to another day or week for a $10 fee (with availability) Summer Camp cancellations Feb 1 – March 31: 80% refund or 90% credit (minus processing fee) April 1 – April 30: 50% refund or 75% credit After May 1: No refunds or credits If Warrior Playground cancels External mandates: 90% refund + 10% credit Internal reasons: 100% refund or 110% credit Medical cancellations (last minute) Transfer only (no fee) with a doctor’s note If unsure of future dates, credit will be issued Behavior-related dismissal No refunds will be issued if a camper is dismissed for behavior Our team works proactively with campers before making this decision
