When is OPEN GYM & How Does it WORK?

Open gym, sometimes called "open play", is offered during all of the hours we are OPEN, it is a time for you to come in and train/ play on your own. This is not a structured class, this is unstructured time for you to work on your goals. Whether that is using the ninja equipment, rock climbing wall, weight room, or cardio equipment... the gym is open for you to explore.

For our 1st visit can we just come in for "OPEN PLAY"?

YES, if you are age 8 and up. However we highly recommend those under 10 years old or who have never done ninja before to try a lesson first - we even offer a Special "Open Gym Orientation Session" for those who are inexperienced or unfamiliar with our obstacles. This way you will have more fun with your visit and you will be less likely to get injured. Our coaches will teach them how to have a great time and be safe. We have several options for this. Book a phone call to discuss HERE

For those of you looking for a more structured program. We highly recommend our small group training programs or the Advantage membership

Do I need to make an appointment or can I just stop by?

While we do not require that you sign up in advance, we do highly recommend it between 9 am - 3 pm as we sometimes close due to special events & space rentals

If you are signing up in advance and it is less than 3 hours from the time you wish to sign up, you may not see a time available. Call 303-485-1000 to book over the phone.

What are the hours for Open Gym & What do the names on the Open Gym schedule mean?

Our Live Schedule is listed HERE

Do I have to be a member to Play?

No you don’t need to be a member.  You can purchase a day pass or a punchcard.

How Much does it cost?

Drop in Rates are $25 for a day pass or $50 for an Orientation lesson & day pass.

I'm not sure "I" (your child or yourself) am ready for Ninja?

We often hear that statement. It's just not true & we get smiles from everyone who tries ninja training. While It's true that not everyone is ready to walk in & start open gym without instruction, but many feel way more confident after taking a class & everyone can be helped with a customized private lesson. Ninja training may look "hard" but it's 100% possible for anyone to make amazing gains when you put the time in to acquire the skills.  We've worked with kids age 3-95 & we've worked with ninjas missing limbs & ninjas w/ down syndrome, & autism. Everyone left with a smile. So don't let fear stop you. We are here to help.

Do I need to complete the waiver online?

Yes, everyone must complete the waiver, so you might as well save time and do it before your arrival.

What is the difference between PLAY classes & TRAIN semi-private group lessons?

Our PLAY programming is based on beginner level skills. Students can sign up as drop ins, punchcards, or membership - there is no requirement for attendance or frequency of training & no commitmen required. Classes may range from a few students up to 16 students per class.

Our TRAIN programming (which happens to be our most popular option) is for 3-5 students committed to train at a specified time/ day for a 12 week progresive program. Students develop skills much faster with this program format.

Can I bring a group? (Birthday Party, School Field Trips, Corporate Team Building...)

We love groups and can accommodate groups of just about any size - please CALL to discuss the best options for your group.
