Included with Membership, our Adult Ninja Training Program creates incredible Ninja Warrior athletes. Whether you've trained for years, or you're just getting started - our specialized obstacle training methods combine obstacle training with strength, conditioning & calisthenics, to improve your skills, strength, power, and speed. Measure your progress and skills during our weekly, all ability-levels, no-pressure Competition Nights. Already competing regionally/nationally? Maintain your edge with consistent competition exposure during these nights.

Virtual Training

Our Adult Ninja Training Program is available live, no matter where you live! Or, you can even follow the program & videos right here at the Warrior Playground during open gym time.
