Build a Better Ninja
Whether you have been training ninja warrior for years, or if you are looking to get started this class will help you become a better ninja. This class combines obstacle training with strength & conditioning & calisthenics training to help you improve your ninja skills & your strength.
Thursday 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
This class teaches the fundamentals of parkour, and how it can enhance the athletes ninja skills. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, and more.
Program on Hold
Includes access to All Ninja Obstacles, Rock Climbing Wall, & the Weight Room.
