Advanced Performance Training

Our Warrior Performance Training Program will help you build yourself into a better ninja warrior or Spartan athlete. Whether you have been training for years, or if you are looking to get started - we use our specialized obstacle training methods which combine obstacle training with strength & conditioning & calisthenics training to help you improve your skills & your strength, power, & speed.

You have several options on how you can implement this program:

1. Training Lessons with Top Ninja Coaches

Teens & Adults will be challenged by our team of Performance Training Coaches & get to train with a coach who can help them become the best version of themselves. We have coaches who specialize in both ninja training & OCR/ Spartan training available during these sessions.

Training sessions include:

  • Skills Training

  • Strength & conditioning

  • Competition Prep

NOTE:

All OCR/ Spartan athletes are welcome (ages 15+) - Application FORM

Ninja athletes must be approved by WP staff - Application FORM

Sessions Offerred:

OCR Monday & Wednesday @ 5:30 PM

Ninja Monday & Wednesday @ 6:45 PM

The WPT Program has a virtual option. We can training you with live coaching no matter where you live or you can follow the program & videos right here at the Warrior Playground completely on your own during open gym time.

That's Correct, We are here to help whether you ever come in to see us or not - WHY? Because we know  obstacle training better than anyone out there. Our programs & our coaches are some of the best in the world & we have so much knowledge to share, that we cannot bear to keep it a secret any longer. To prove it, we are going to GIVE YOU a FREE week's worth of advice to help you improve your obstacle training & performance

FREE TRAINING

 Parkour

This class, which is included with our Advantage membership program, teaches the fundamentals of parkour, and how it can enhance the athletes ninja skills. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, and more.

  • Level 1 Class Offered for ages 8-15​

  • Level 2+ Offerrd through private & small group instruction

Wednesday @ 5:30 PM

Friday @ 4:30 PM

Open Gym Includes access to All Ninja Obstacles, Rock Climbing Wall, & the Weight Room​.
