Build a Better Ninja
Our Warrior Performance Training Program will help you build yourself into a better ninja warrior. Whether you have been training ninja warrior for years, or if you are looking to get started - we use our specialized obstacle training methods which combine obstacle training with strength & conditioning & calisthenics training to help you improve your ninja skills & your strength, power, & speed.
You have several options on how you can implement this program:

Private lessons & Small Group Options available
2. Virtual Training
The WPT Program has a virtual option. We can training you with live coaching no matter where you live or you can follow the program & videos right here at the Warrior Playground completely on your own during open gym time.
This class teaches the fundamentals of parkour, and how it can enhance the athletes ninja skills. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, and more.

Includes access to All Ninja Obstacles, Rock Climbing Wall, & the Weight Room.
